Alexis fell in love with wellness through learning the art of mindfulness. Finding real truth in the connection of mind, body and spirit. Learning to treat the body as something extremely sacred. Alexis completed her 200- Vinyasa training last year at Ishine Yoga and Wellness alongside an extensive training at Integrative Institute for Nutrition. Upon completion, Alexis found her place in teaching gentle soulful flows and classes that focused on mediation. Emphasizing intentional movement combined with breathwork.
